Privacy Policy

Short version: we collect almost nothing, and we don't sell what little we have. Here's the detail.

What we collect

• Your email — only if you join the waitlist. When you submit the “Notify me” form, your email address is stored so we can tell you when the first drop launches. That's the only personal information we ask for.
• Anonymous, aggregate usage stats. We use privacy-friendly analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) to count page views and see which features people use. It's cookieless, doesn't track you across other sites, and doesn't collect personally identifying information.

What we don't do

We don't sell, rent, or trade your email. We don't run ad-tracking cookies. We don't build a profile on you. (We have enough rejection to deal with.)

How your email is stored

Waitlist emails are collected through Google Forms and stored in Google Sheets. Their handling is also subject to Google's privacy policy. We use your email solely to send occasional updates about the brand and the first product drop.

On-device storage

The Site uses your browser's local storage to remember your preferences — your chosen name, dark/light mode, and your “Rejection Training” score. This data stays on your device and is never sent to us.

Third parties

We rely on a few services to run the Site: Vercel (hosting + cookieless analytics), Google (waitlist form/sheet), and — when the shop launches — a commerce provider for orders. Each has its own privacy policy.

Your choices

Want off the list, or want your data removed? Email contact@theunemployable.xyz and we'll take care of it. You can also clear the Site's on-device data anytime by clearing your browser storage.

Children

The Site isn't directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date above.
